How often will you come to our town and to our salon?

                  I try to come through every 8-12 weeks.  But you are able to call and set up appointments at any                   time if you have an emergency or need sharpening sooner.

 

Can we schedule you to come on a regular basis? Is there a sharpening minimum or minimum fee?

                 We can set up a regularly scheduled appointment anytime.  There is no minimum, but there is a                        discount if you have more shears. (see service page)

Do you have replacement shears for sale?

                 I have some shears on hand, but I can order anything from my catalog, and have it to you in a                            couple days 

Where are your shears located on your website?

What is your warranty? On new? on sharpening?

Can we set up a special day at our salon to have you sharpen for our customers and others to increase our shop traffic?

How would we advertise for that event? Do you have flyers we can send as reminders with our customers as they go home from our shop? 

Do you charge mileage for special events or special deliveries?

If I like your work can I just mail my shears to you when they need sharpening or get damaged? If so when, where, how much, how much for s&h, and how long till I get them back, do I prepay?

Do you provide mailers, or what is the best way to package my shears for shipment?

If I have a crisis can I mail my shears to you for repair? How? where? and how much? how soon will it be back?

If I order a new shears from your website, how long until I get it? Do you stock everything on your website? Do you plan to expand your inventory? Can I do special orders?

Do you charge S&H on orders and how much?

How can we communicate with you for the fastest response?

What specific things do you sharpen for groomers? Vets? Meat departments? Hardware stores? cooks and gardeners?

What about chainsaw chains? my husband's hunting knives and fishing knives?

What are the things that you do not sharpen?

Will you do a sharpening day for a grocery store or a beauty supply store or garden supply store or a hardware store? Do you have a minimum item number or a minimum fee for an all day event?

Would you do a fundraiser for our hockey team or our church group?

What fees or minimums would you charge for a fundraiser?
